And age has nothing to do with it.
Do you wish that you felt a little sexier, but just don’t have the time, energy, or capacity to think about it?
Studies show that there are 7 parts of the body which generate appeal when left exposed and not covered up. And the bonus … they’re EASY.
By highlighting three (3) of these areas on your body each time you get dressed, you will take yourself from stuffy to stylish in no time.
Curious?
Let’s take a look at a few do’s and don’ts for each:
1. Jaw Line
Do: Leave the jawline uncovered and open
Do: Pull hair back to draw more attention to this area (if hair is already short, fab!)
Don’t: Cover with scarfs and high turtlenecks
2. Ear Lobes
Do: Expose them!
Do: Wear small, simple studs, if anything
Don’t: Wear heavy earrings that cover the lobe.
3. Neck
Do: Wear tops with a low neckline
Do: Pull hair tightly back in a top knot style if long; if short, you’re already there 🙂
Don’t: Cover or shorten the length of your neck with turtlenecks or scarves.
4. Top of Chest
Do: Wear lower cut tops, dresses or jumpsuits
Do: Undo the top few buttons of a shirt
Don’t: Wear heavy prints on top that can be distracting
5. Top of Chest
Do: Fold up a cuffed long sleeve shirt to the elbow
Do: Wear 3/4 length tops that have some body in the sleeves (this will flatter the forearm even more)
Don’t: Cover full arm with wide, tight, or billowy sleeves
6. Waist
Do: Wear trousers, jumpsuits, dresses and tops that cinch at the waist
Do: Add belts to emphasize the waistline.
Don’t: Wear boxy, baggy or straight cut clothing around the waist.
7. LEGS (WHOLE, LOWER and/or ANKLES)
Do: Wear bottoms or dresses that are slightly cropped in length
Do: Wear heels will lengthen and emphasize the legs and ankles
Don’t: Wear short or tall boots that can shorten or mask the appearance of the leg / ankle.
With beauty coming in all shapes, sizes, and comfort levels, do show off those areas that make you feel sexy, confident, and empowered.
